The Grants Manager will be responsible for researching, preparing, submitting, and managing grant proposals/reports that support our programmatic goals and meet funder guidelines. The person in this role will serve as the primary grant writer for proposals ranging from $50,000 - $400,000+ annually, engage in compliance reporting, and support special project initiatives. We're seeking a candidate with strong writing, data analysis, program budgeting, and project management skills, with an emphasis on outcome measurement.
